When Pheobe Somerville becomes the reluctant owner of the football team it was obvious sparks would fly between her and their hard headed coach, Dan Calebow.
This book haas the lot from laughter to tears a must read for any romance reader who enjoys a bit of escapism.

It Had to be You was my first book by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, and if the whole thing about first impressions are true this nailed it. I absolutely loved the book and, because of it have fallen in love with more books by Susan Elizabeth Phillips.

It's in my top ten favorite romance novels.

The storyline is funny, sweet and romantic with characters with lots of humor you immediately love. The whole beautiful slight (adorably so) airhead owner clashing with the stern disciplined coach is truly entertaining and heart warming.

I didn't put it down once and thoroughly enjoyed it with lot of laughter.

A definite must read!

warning: once you read this you will guarantee go on to read the rest of the chicago stars series!
