Format:Audio CD
The second best-selling single of the year so far sees the former S-Express singer (now going by the name "Sonique") riding high on chart success; having taken a break as a club DJ has done the girl from Crouch End no harm at all, as this catchy tune hit the top of the charts in numerous countries. It's a finely crafted song that takes a pretty standard dance-style baseline, but adds on top a refined melody that is uncommon in many such crossover attempts; add to this the decent lyrics and catchy hook, sung by someone who is no stranger to belting out a disco favourite, then it is no surprising that this became a smash hit. A finely wrapped pop-package, this is a fine example of why songs that are big in clubs can burst out and become must-have purchases of mass appeal.

A Proper Mix...Finally! 30 May 2000
By brentchen@aol.com - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
The U.K. release of "It Feels So Good" delivers the first DJ-friendly, club-worthy mix of this hit so far. The Can 7 mix is pretty much a general house mix, not bad but not too interesting either. It's the Conductor & The Cowboy mix which propels this song into euphoria. It clocks in at almost 9 minutes, and takes the shape of a progressive trance anthem, similar to a Lange mix. The single is worth grabbing just for this mix, as it's the BEST mix yet.

Sonique- u make me feel so high! 1 Aug 2000

Most dance songs are so boring u almost fall alseep, always the same rythm, mostly covered or almost covered froma song u heard before. Not so Sonique's "It feels so good". My god, this lady has party-feeling! First of all, I adore her voice. It sounds so pleasant to me and also her capability of singing so extremely low (but still so warm) and then goin so high(but also still warm) is great! Everything is so harmonious. Like a fairytale, and I don't exaggerate... I didn't hear her album yet, but I'll surely do that soon. Check out Sonique and u gonna fly... :)

Nice song. 1 Sep 2000
By Senne Soli - Published on Amazon.com

This is nothing amazing, just a really nice song you can groove to. "Radio Edit" is the one we R used to, and it's great. A smooth song, and the strings help to build up the tension. Sonique her vocals R great. "Can 7 Soulfood Radio Mix" is not as good as the radio edit. This is more a common dance song, and they're more concentrating on the beats here. The smoothness is a little bit taken away. "En-Motion Remix" is a dance remix with a fast beat, a trance track. The way her vocals R used is nice. "Serious Remix" : the beat is not as fast here, but it's a little bit more calm, which I like better. But I don't like the way they use the vocals. "Conductor & The Cowboy Amnesia Mix" has a fast beat, a little bit trance like, but has some nice pauses from time to time, to give you a rest. This mix uses Sonique her vocals in the best way ; untouched. "Original Breakbeat Mix" is a fun breakbeat song, almost leaning to soft drum-'n'-bass. It's really good, but too bad the strings R not as good as in the "Radio Edit".
