2.0 out of 5 stars Not for the beginner, 11 Oct 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Ironman's Ultimate Guide To Building Muscle Mass (Paperback)
This is really 20 books not one on how to build muscle. Nearly every chapter is written by a different author with completely different methods on how to increase mass. One author tells you to work each muscle group once a week whilst the other tells you to work 3 times a week. This is confusing and if you really wanted to try each method, you would be there for years. I imagine it could be helpful for the more experienced bodybuilder though.
