Not a lot of people know this movie, it`s been overshadowed by the 'NEW' Iron Monkey which is in no way related.
However this film features some excellent fight sequences, good acting & reasonable storyline for a martial arts film. It also features some brilliant training sequences.
If you are into the pre-80`s Shaw Brothers productions you will love this film, very much in the style of Snake in the Monkeys Shadow/Snake in the Eagles Shadow etc...
Give it a go if you can find it...

This film is without a doubt one the most amazing choreographed films in the martial arts genre. It has every thing a box office hit such as Crouching Tiger has, but a whole bundle of in your face action scenes second to none. The story line is your classic Robin Hood, with a few twists and a number of planned and incidental comic interludes. There are a number of scenes which will quite literally take your breath away and make you smile with it's enginuity.
In a nut shell this is like watching Crouching Tiger in fast forward.
A must for any action/ martial arts junkie!
