Starting with 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath',a superb way to start off,and ending with 'War Pigs',this cd takes the listener through 14 tracks of Sabbaths' finest era. 'Snowblind' has some excellent quick finger work from Iommi,'Paranoid' rocks--as ever;'Into the Void' neatly follows 'Electric Funeral'...... 'Laguna Sunrise' is the only instrumental(my favourite)and of course what would a Sabbath comp. be without 'Sweet leaf' & 'Am I going Insane'! Fourteen tracks of pure SABBATH and at a very reasonable price. Ideal for fans and the newly initiated.........!
A fourteen track compilation of the earlier stuff. Tracks include:.Sabbath Bloody Sabbath;Paranoid;The Wizard;Killing yourself to Live;War Pigs;Snowblind;Electric Funeral and other great tracks. This is a cd for all Sabbath fans and perhaps those that are wanting to find out what Sabbath is all about. When I'm in the mood to listen to the power of the early Sabbath days this is the cd I put on. There are of course other Sabbath compilations on the market but for me this cd compilation is the first and best. A definite must before you buy any other compilation.For 'newcomers'to Sabbath get this one first.
