This is the first Kettlebell DVD I've bought and I wanted something pretty challenging as I've done a kettlebell course and wanted to keep on top of the game. I read the reviews of this and checked it against other similar DVDs and it seemed to be among the best: it promised a 45 min workout, which impressed me. It does give a 45 mins workout, but half of it comprises 30 second rest periods between every set of exercises, which it totally unnecessary. If you need a break, it makes a lot more sense to pause the DVD between reps. 30 second rest every minute or so means you lose at least a third of the workout time so you end up getting, at best, a 30 min workout, which in itself isn't even that demanding. If you're any way fit, I suggest you go for a more challenging DVD which doesn't break the rhythm of the workout for unnecessary breaks. If you're a beginner or just building your fitness, this DVD might suit you well.
