Sorry if anyone finds this irrelevant to the forum but I would just like to vent my anger at a recent purchase from the Roomba UK shop. I decided to buy an extra dock for my Roomba 500 series so I didnt have to keep karting the power source up and down the stairs .I then went to the Irobot web site and bought it. No where on the page did it say anything about not coming with a charger. I didn't press the "more details" button as I didn't see the need as it seemed to clearly be the product I wanted. It arrived a few days after with no charger.I then checked the website and went onto the more details page which stated such. Well I feel totally conned. Perhaps we all should set up websites selling electrical goods with essential parts missing on a "more details" page , appropriately worded so that people are unlikely to click on it. No one would come back but we'd certainly be able to scam a people out of their hard earned cash. This is the reply I received when I complained
Dear Mr Yourasucker,
you could buy a charger from Repaircare or get a full refund if you want to return your home base. In case of the latter please let us know then we will send you instructions to return it.

Wish I'd never bought it . Terrible Never going to buy one of your products again. Should have bought a Samsung
PS. I'm sure many people are going to slag me off for not reviewing the product but Irobots customer service is also relevant so I think its worth posting
