About the Author
Dan Botten has followed Ipswich for over 20 years and has written about them for numerous publications including The Observer Sport Monthly, The Irish Times, Shoot and World Soccer. Ipswich Town Miscellany is his second book on the club following Ipswich Town On This Day which was published in 2008. Currently working for The Guardian, Dan also contributed interviews to the Ipswich Town: Singing The Blues CD.

Dan Botten has crafted this book from old programs, fact books and tall tales down Suffolk pubs. Equal love is dished out to legends of the game such as Sir Bobby Robson, and Bulgarian under 21's who may have only clocked up 10 minutes in the reserves before going on loan to Trabzonspor.
