Tony Stark takes a different direction in his life. Rather than the usual fighting off hoards of thugs and sending the villain running, the tables are turned as Norman Osborne puts a bounty on Tony Stark's head and turns the worlds authorities and people against him.
Tony is forced into hiding, sneaking around old forgotten Stark Industry bases around the world and trying his best to stay off the radar.
But ofcourse, Norman has a few tricks up his sleeves and if Tony thinks he can just, disappear ... He'd best think again.

The book starts slow. With plenty of gizmo's and gadgets, sophisticated spoken jargon and plenty of interesting things to study, but before long, Tony's world gets flipped upside down and spirals out of control at an alarming and thrilling rate. Packed full of plenty of the Iron Man action long time fans love and new-comers to the series have come to love. This book is brilliant.
The artwork is all in full colour and Very detailed. I did notice a minor hick-up ... There is a scene when Tony is not wearing his shirt, and yet, his regulator is no where to be seen, and yet, in the next few pages, its back. Im not sure if its a flashback and I just, miss-read the scene or what. But, thats what I thought was a mistake.

Will Tony come out of this, guns blazing and his head held high as usual, or will he return home a broken and battered man, possibly even in a body bag. Who knows. Part 2 is next on my list (when I have the money for it)

I am a big Iron Man fan and this really is the good stuff, 1 of the best tie ins to Marvel's Dark Reign saga. It contains twists and turns, some awsome suprises and opens up Tony Starks personality in a new way. A tremendous read for fans and new comers alike. p.s. really nice artwork!

The Invincible Iron Man series is fantastic! I've bought all of these graphic novels in order, they are fantastically well illustrated and the story line is engaging throughout!

Invincible Iron Man was the first 'comic' that I had ever bought, I've not been disappointed once.
