Whilst not actually advertised as such, this watch is obviously designed to appeal for those, such as me, who have a penchant for the classic "divers" genre.
Whilst in this style please note that it does not have all of the usual features you would expect with these type of watches, notably it does not have a rotating bezel, nor a screw down winder crown. However, it does offer a good water resistance threshold ,which is one of the reasons I bought it.
As yet I have not tested this out , but will do on my next dive trip, so sincerely hope that this proves to be the case.
As many others have pointed out it is a well made heavy set watch, but it is not for the shy retiring types as it is a BIG watch that will draw attention due to its size.
As regards price I paid just under £50 which represents good value, but at anymore than this it would be overpriced. There is no way that that this is worthy of the £300+ price tag the manufacturers clain to sell for!
All things considered I am happy so far with this purchase, but for me it is an Ok buy, nothing special.
