Imagine a piece of polished coal, a stealth bomber or a black mamba snake. This watch kind of resembles all three. Ignore the picture on here, this watch is jet black, 49 mm across, about 1.5 cm thick and it is quite beautiful. The watch is extremely well crafted. The strap is solid links, centre links polished, the outside links brushed. The bezel (which rotates one way) has relief numbers on it which are polished, and the edges are polished. The white face is set off by raised gun metal coloured numerals. The second hand sweeps. The glass is mineral (not sapphire I do not think) and on the rear there is a window where you can see the automatic movement spinning around. The window is surrounded by chrome which lists the watch model etc.
The movement is the respected Myoto Japanese automatic movement (it winds up as your arm moves). The crown (bit you pull out to change the time etc) is screw down (to make it more water resistant) with a ceramic yellow Invicta insert.
This watch is absolutely stunning- hopefully it will stand the test of time because I want to keep it forever. Colleagues have said they love it and one said he was ordering the same thing (no copying Davo).
Buy this- you will love this watch.
UPDATE- STILL A LOVELY WATCH BUT STRAP BECAME LOOSE AFTER ONLY A FEW DAYS. UNFORTUNATELY INVICTA MAKE LOVELY LOOKING WATCHES FOR MONEY BUT QUALITY CONTROL LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
