You are provided with 4x batteries, simply clip it on to your Wii controller and leave it on charge, red LED indicator informs you that controller is on charge, when fully charged you get a blue LED indicating full charge. Charging stand power is provided by a USB charge cable connected from the Wii to the stand, it's an amazing design is made to match the Wii console. Please note, because this product is 100% brand new and never used before, the new batteries will need a full charge before there used.

This is a good item and it does fit Wiimotes with and without Motion Plus accessories. 4 rechargeable battery packs is good value too. However, if you use your Wiimote in a jacket, as per Nintendo's recommendation, they won't fit in the charging dock. To be fair there's no real way around this unless you were to insist customers cut holes in the Wiimote jackets, but it's easy to forget when you are ordering it.
Update - I feel I should point out, as others have done, that the included battery packs are not that great, I've owned this unit a while now and probably get max 3 hours of play time per battery pack charge. I was changing battery packs frequently while playing the new Zelda game, that's for sure.

This charger is great. Its a good price and it will save you a fortune in batteries! Good quality and works well.

Such a time saving product!
Excellent product put it by the tv in the living room, saves me some much time being able to charge 4 controllers at once! Looks quite cool too!

hard to charge
this charger not user freindly hand sets wont sit in the docking station properly to charge unless you take handset wrist straps of

Very Poor charger and batteries!
I bought this Wii charger a year ago and now the lithium battery only lasts 2 minutes!! Don't buy it. it's rubbish.

Not Very Good

straps get in the way
The charger works well but it is necessary to remove the straps on the controls each time you want to charge up which is a bit of a pain.

It doesn't do what it says.
It charges yes but very slowly. Contrary to its claims it does not charge when the console is off. I wouldn't buy it there are better products out there.

As stated in another review you do have to remove the wrist straps which is annoying. Also it doesnt charge when the wii is powered off. Read more
