Ideal for NC/HNC/HND students. Clear message and enjoyable subject. It is also challenging. Highly recommend this book when studying buisiness law. The downside is that it does not contain information about the trade description act.

Excellent book, very informative. Slightly out of date by a few years in some things and EU now has 28 countries not 27. Could be doing with a third edition now. Invaluable for my Business Law class however.

Bought this for my daughter as it was recommended by her tutor, she seems pleased with it, would recommend to students studying law, forensics etc.
