This book is a great introduction for those thinking of applying to do the Phil Parker Lightning Process training programme, as it helps you to understand a bit about how the Lightning Process works. It is not intended as a replacement to the training programme - it would be difficult to fit a 3 day seminar into a book, and you would not get the follow-up support. I have recently done the Lightning Process training programme, to help me recover from 9 horrendous years of being virtually bed- and house-bound with M.E. - I had terrible pain, brain fog, overwhelming fatigue and weakness etc. The course was amazing, and I am now well on my way to full recovery. I would recommend the course to everyone, whether your issue is ME/CFS, depression, OCD, anxiety etc. If you can get your head around the idea that your body and brain work together, and not separately, then you are halfway there! This book can be the beginning of your journey back to full health - read it and you'll see!

This is the truth. Its all possible and it works. Take a step in to a different future, it does exist. It changed my life because I wanted it to change and life is more fuller, richer and real.

If you are thinking about doing the Lightning Process or want to know what it is all about this book is essential. OK I am a bit biased because like 1000's each year the Lightning Process transformed me from an exhausted bed bound wreck to a fully functional human being again. This book is a must read if you are going to do the course, it really explains what it is all about. Eamonn D
