5.0 out of 5 stars CBT Childhood Trauma 22 July 2012

I work as a CBT therapist and I found this CBT booklet very helpful to support my clients in the work we are doing. I think it is also a very good introduction to understanding the feelings and experiences that often accompany childhood trauma. It is set out in an easy to read layout and doesn't use jargon. The booklet is good value for money and a big improvement on the earlier booklet styles.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Self-Help for Trauma - CBT Style 14 Sep 2012

Helen Kennerley is a good writer. Many of the methods for helping people who have suffered childhood trauma are helpful and easy to understand. I am working toward becoming a Trauma Therapist and hope to combine her ideas with Gary Noricks. He wrote an equally amazing book called "Parts Psychology" that I hope will catch on in more influential psychological circles. Because I have seen his ideas in practice and the therapy that his ideas provide are phenomenal.
