As a teacher I found this book useful. It is well written, easy to understand, and has quite a practical approach. I guess it would be best used for CPD and INSET purposes in conjunction with classroom observation videos - these can be found on Google.

Not a bad resource but unfortunately based too much on secondary school. I needed something more FE based to help with my research.
