Most Helpful Customer Reviews

12 of 13 people found the following review helpful By Emily on 25 Aug. 2002
Format: Paperback
This is a most welcome book - especially for teachers and students following the AQA Psychology B specification at AS level. It is clear, well-structured and up-to-date. The choice of research examples is appropriate, with enough details to support both teachers and pupils. The help with examinations techniques is especially welcome.
Although primarily intended for AQA specification B, this book deserves a wider readership and should sit in the Psychology sections of all school libraries.

Format: Paperback
This is one of the textbooks that is suggested for those studying psychology specification B, and it doesn't disappoint - it is clearly set out and written allowing you to use it as a successful study aid. It contains a number of questions for you to consider which may help you get your head around some of the material required for the exam.

Being new to psychology and finding different approaches difficult to understand, this put everything into order for me. A very useful book for those who are new to the subject.

Doing AS Psychology and using this alongside my notes, seems to include everything needed, with even more studies than the AQA book, so absolutely brilliant.
