I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old daughter and she loved it and was very comfortable while swimming. This Swim Vest is really cheap and the quality is amazing too. I strongly recommend this.

The vest is kind of a mini lifejacket and allows the child some safety whilst in a shallow pool. It is quite restrictive and dooesnt allow swimming or paddling. However it provides reassurance for the parents and some independence for the toddler.
