We bought this product for our sons birthday and once inflated it became apparent over the next few days that there was a slow puncture somewhere. We contacted the suppliers and have had nothing but appaling service from that point on. Pictures were requested of us which we sent and that fully showing the rate of deflation over a couple of days however we were told that this was normal (despite none of the other sections deflating!) and after quering this we have been complately ignored and heard nothing from them since. We even asked for a replacement product instead of a refund as the castle itself is great for little ones due to the safety aspects however again we didn't even get a response! A good buy as long as there's nothing wrong with it on arrival as I very much dount you'll get it sorted out :-(

I bought this for my daughters 2nd birthday. I chose this particular bouncy castle, after looking at loads online, because it has higher sides than most, so no danger of children bouncing onto the floor. Yes it costs a little more than some others available, but it is well worth the extra. The size is ideal, fits four 2 year olds easily. The colours are as bright as they look in the picture and the doorway is brilliant - much better than having the whole side open. The quality is excellent, looks like it should last longer than others available. Just be aware that you definately need a pump of some sort! Basically I am really impressed with my purchase and would recommend it to any parent with a child who loves jumping or throwing themselves at walls!!! If you want a bouncy castle, BUY THIS ONE!!

I purchased this for my two year olds birthday and she loves it. Think it will be a real hit for the summer and other summers two. The electric pump I bought seperately is essential though! Really well made, I like that this one has walls at the side of it, much better than some of the cheaper ones. No worries about little ones bouncing onto the ground. Very sociable toy.
