Having just built an en-suit I required a neat - non-metallic soap dish which was self draining.
This was just the ticket as I could attach it to the wet-wall surface between the tap handles under the mirror. It really works well and is very easy to fix into place using the sucker and straightening out the device on its hinge to its operational position and increase the grip.

I bought this soap dish to stick to the tiles in the disabled toilet at our church just before our daughter's wedding. Having read various reviews for suction soap dishes, I chose to buy this one.
However, it was totally useless - it just wouldn't stick to the tiles for longer than about 30 seconds, no matter what I did.
There is no room for soap on the little handbasin in the disabled toilet, which is why I bought this suction soap dish, so I had to resort to standing the soap dish on a paper handtowel on top of the toilet cistern, which is not what I had in mind at all!
I would not recommend this item.

Yes, it falls off of the wall occasionally,
but my previous one lasted 5 years until it eventually got damaged by the impact. I also have the shower tray and toothbrush holder which are still going strong. Read more

Very good
I've had mine for a week now and I'm surprised it's still on the wall. It's better then the bath & shower suction grip (see review) I purchased last year. That kept falling off.
