I had the RDi01 which after 2 years had a sound issue and COSTCO gave me a full refund. The RDi02 I bought just unders 2 years ago just went dead. I changed the fuse and it still would not work.

Amazon have agreed to refund under the EU 2 year warranty. So I won't be replacing it with another intempo that's for sure.

It's good I bought them from reputable companies such as Costco and Amazon.
