These speakers are easy to set up and use. They have 3' high left and right aluminium column speakers attached to a black resin sub-woofer.The sound quality is great and can be adjusted by using the treble and bass buttons. The controls are fairly basic consisting of moving through tracks, volume and bass/treble adjustment. These are located on top of the sub-woofer and also on the supplied remote control. Unfortunately (hence the 4 stars) the remote control does not allow you to manipulate through the ipods menus so you have to get up and change albums manually. The speakers also charge up the ipod during use which is useful and the two column speakers can be rotated to direct the sound to your taste. Incidentally I found it easier to use with my 3G touch sensitive ipod then my 5G click-wheel video ipod (less pushing the ipod involved!). They also come with various adaptors for the different ipod sizes.

A wonderful iPod speaker system, I have had mine for over a year now and I have been very happy with it. The main speakers can be rotated to provide the best sound coverage for your room. The bass is of a good quality as you would hope from a system at this price and the overall sound quality is of a high standard, much better than the Bose SoundDock. The on unit controls are fairly basic with the majority of the adjustments needing to be made via the remote control.
Perhaps my only issue is the system does not always respond quickly to the remote control, this can be annoying when pausing the track to answer a phone call. Otherwise the unit is one of the best purchases I have made.

Fantastic product. We have been looking for a hifi to support our Ipod for a couple of months and I wasn't keen on all the tacky looking speaker sets around. They all seem so cheaply built, even the £200 ones.
This Ifi however is in a league of its own. It stands about 3" high and is solidly built in Aluminum, the speakers are directional and the 30 watts + subwoofer kick out great sound. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their first set of speakers. In fact many of our friends love it as well. Totally plug and play right out of the box, very happy to give it 5 stars.
