The Products
As this product is fully microwavable, to heat simply place the product in a microwave oven for two minutes to release the wonderfully relaxing lavender aroma.
Benefits
Intelex prides itself on the fully microwavable aspect of their products. As they manufacture products that are fully microwavable and do NOT require a removable inner wheat bag, it makes using Intelex products not only easier, but also safer too and reduces the risk of scalding. Ideal for use as a bed warmer to aid a restful night's sleep, or simply as an adorable soft toy. These versatile products can also be used as a cold pack; simply place in a sealed freezer bag and place in the freezer for two to three hours. Ideal for reducing temperatures, easing sprains and bruises and reducing swelling.
Safety Warning
This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Take care when removing from the microwave oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. For microwave use only.

Following a few minutes of heating in a microwave, this range of Cozy Plush toys will stay warm for about 2-3 hours. They are warm and soothing without becoming too hot so are suitable for adults and safe for children.
During the first few heatings, they can feel a little damp and the wheat filling can produce an odour (partially masked by the relaxing lavender fragrance) but this reduces after a few uses. They can also be wrapped in a freezer bag and frozen for 2-3 hours to use as a cool pack to ease sprains, bruises or reduce temperature making them versatile and therapeutic toys!

I bought this polar bear having purchased a penguin and been suitably impressed with the warmth and comfort.
The polar bear is gorgeous, cuddly and keeps the warmth ( i use 2 mins in the microwave He/she is lovely to cuddle up to even when they are cooled as they are soft and snuggly! I am able to get to sleep really quickly even in the current sub-zero temperatures. I will be trying the suggestion of topping up the lavender aroma to make him/her even more comforting. Not just for children - I am 52! Excellent value for money.

I bought this cute polar bear warmer for my 10 year old daughter to keep her warm in the cold winter.The bear is very cute,very soft and
cuddly.But there are 2 problems: 1. It is too heavy.2.It smells too strong once it is heated up.This gives her and me a headache as the lavender smell is just too powerful.We have to wrap it up with towel,put it as far from her nose as possible(like near her feet),but still the whole room is intoxicating.So honestly,we haven't used it too often.It is too bad because it is a cute polar bear,only if it is lighter(easier to cuddle) and not so much lavender inside.
