I paid a few quid for this, just to try to have a back up for my BOSS BR-600. (A digital music recorder)
It arrived quickly and well packaged, I formatted it on my PC and it worked perfectly on the BOSS.
I had already ordered an "original" memory card for the BOSS and paid through the nose for it, my advice would be to buy yourself a "spare" at this price, as they are becoming more difficult (and expensive) to get a hold of.

I purchased this card as it was good value and thought I would chance it as the CF cards for the Boss are generally around £30.00
Unfortunately when I first tried it I got an error message saying "unsupported card".
When I researched this further I saw on the Roland Forum that there was a firmware update for the Boss unit to system 1.11
When I downloaded this and installed it on the BR600 the card was recognised and now works great.
This probably applies to other "older" Boss units BR900 etc.
Basically - excellent value card suitable for the Boss Recorders (if you update your firmware to 1.11)

Hi, got two of these cards to use with my Boss BR-600 digital recorder. Finding cards that are compatible with this machine is a bit of a nightmare really, but I can state that these cards work great.
I think that the problem some people are having is that they have not updated their actual BR-600 itself. When I first got the cards I plugged them in and the screen read "Incompatible Card". I was about to set about it with a hammer (as I really did put a lot of research into finding compatible cards) until I chilled out a bit and did some more research. There was a helpful forum post on the Boss website which suggested updating the system software of the device itself. This is actually easy to do (instructions and updates are available on the Boss/Roland website) and as soon as I had done this I plugged the cards back in and HEY PRESTO!
The cards work great, and for the price are a bargain.
I received my cards within 7 days of ordering.
