5.0 out of 5 stars Inspirational reading for any woman preparing for a baby, 11 April 2005
By A Customer
Instinctive Birthing provides its reader with confidence and knowledge, two aspects of modern-day pregnancy that seem to be on the decline. The book encourages you to understand what your true priorities are, not only for pregnancy but also for your future life and then to work towards achieving those goals. The book is beautifully illustrated, easy to read and allows the reader to believe in their ability to make the right decisions for themselves and their baby. Quite different from any other book on the shelf.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must for every mother and father-to-be, 6 April 2005
By A Customer
How refreshing to read a book which is so encouraging to prospective parents. A "must" for every pregnant woman. She and her partner will glean so much valuable information about the forthcoming event, and it will prepare them so that they can expect the labour and delivery to be the best it can be.

5.0 out of 5 stars Instinctive Birthing, 17 Sep 2006
This book is a fantastic aid to any new or experienced Mum to be and contains masses of practical advice, easy to read and anecdotes and reassurance - it is essential to know these details before embarking on a birth experience, I would highly recommend this book to anyone thinking of having a baby - sound knowledge backs it up, Val is a very expereinced midwife and it is great to be able to access her skills through this great book.
