Product Description

A very useful tool for any therapist, particularly given the stresses that seem to accompany `life` these days. -- Teri Bodell NACHP

So is relaxation available in an instant? I think the authors may
have just proved that it is!
-- What's Happening Magazine March 2007

There are many books written on the subject of Relaxation and Stress Management. This newly published work presents a lively new approach to the whole issue of relaxation and centres around the discovery, identification and understanding of the Relaxed Core State. Written by Debra Lederer, a psychology graduate and Stress Reduction Consultant, and Dr Michael Hall, a psychotherapist and trainer and NLP practitioner, this book represents a truly powerful and dynamic formula for understanding stress and for reducing it quickly and effectively at work and at home. [...] When I read the word yoga I thought "That's not for me. I am not the sort who can poke his left toe into his right ear!" On completing the book I actually felt uplifted and strengthened. I had developed a new understanding of myself and, in turn, this understanding had given me a freedom to remain calm. I wonder how I managed so long without these secrets of relaxation and stress reduction. This is an exciting and innovative book. A masterpiece of its kind. -- The Hypnotherapist, December 1999.

This is one of the best self help books on relaxation we have seen. --Michaela and Julian Gill, Aspire Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching
