No more rattles and hisses, no more steaming up the kitchen and no more adjusting the heat to regulate pressure - now you can take the guesswork out of your pressure cooking with the number one selling brand of automatic electric pressure cookers in the US--now available in Europe.
The Instant Pot Lux is a 6-in-1 multifunctional power cooker--it’s an automatic pressure cooker, you can sauté directly in the cooking pot, it’s a slow cooker, it’s a rice cooker, it’s a pressure and non-pressure steamer, and it's a porridge maker and food warmer.
It speeds up cooking between two and six times, using up to 70% less energy, and, above all, produces nutritious, healthy food in a convenient and consistent fashion.
Instant Pot Lux has a large, easy to use control panel with 10 built-in smart programs to complete your common cooking tasks. Want to cook a stew? Just add the ingredients, press a button and walk away. It is so quiet you will wonder if anything is happening.
The Lux has three temperature settings for sauté/browning and also for slow cooking. You can brown your food prior to pressure or slow cooking and reduce a sauce at the end--all in the same inner pot actually in the cooker itself.
You can delay your cooking time for up to 24 hours so that your food is ready when you want it--breakfast porridge or evening supper. You can manually set the cooking time for up to 120 minutes of pressure cooking time or up to 24 hours of slow cooking time.
When the Instant Pot has finished the cooking cycle it automatically switches to keep warm for up to 10 hours, keeping your food at the perfect temperature - ready when you are!
There are no concerns about a non-stick coating peeling off because the Instant Pot Lux includes a dishwasher safe stainless steel cooking pot with impact bonded base that can also be used on the hob (except induction) or in the oven.
It also includes a stainless steel long handled steam rack, rice paddle, soup spoon, measuring cup, instruction manual, recipe booklet with 29 recipes to get you started, cooking time tables and a quick start guide. Comes complete with both a UK and Eu power cable (ships to 26 Eu countries).
There is UK-based support function with a growing online social media community of users to help you on your rediscovery of the benefits of Pressure Cooking.
1. Safety Lid Lock prevents opening while the cooker is pressurised

7. Automatic Temperature Control regulates temperature based on the type of food being cooked
8. High Temperature monitoring avoids burning food

I like the Instant Pot. The only drawback is unlike my old pressure cooker you can't hold it under the cold water tap to let the steam out quickly. Read morePublished 4 days ago by Joy Bob
Very happy with our Instant Pot, definitely a big improvement on our old pressure cooker. Easy to use and clean; good clear instructions but would have appreciated a recipe book.Published 4 days ago by Rosie

This is the first time we have used a pressure cooker and are still learning,
up to now we find it consistently good to date well happy.
This is brilliant, love that I can turn on and leave it, unlike a pressure cooker on the hob. It does takes a bit to get used to it, working all the different functions. Read morePublished 13 days ago by Kizzy
