This books covers most of the basic biomechanical principals studied at undergraduate degree level biomechanics modules. Particularly helpful for a no nonsense overview of key concepts. Other books are often wordy and overly complex! Definatly recommended for those new to the dicipline!

Very useful in explaining units and examples in details. Also includes a maths revision algebraic manipulation section. Definitely worth the price although I'll only give it 4 stars as it only helps with a handful for my own specific personal use.

I think this book is a very good way to get in to biomechanics. It is easy to read and has very simple examples. It explanes complicated topics in an easy and comprehensive way. The mathematics used in this book are not on an high level, so it is realy a good book for beginners. A very big plus, are the topics on motion analysis.
