Confidence Inspiring: an Easy Read 5 July 2001

Being faced with conducting my first interviews, I was able to read this book quickly (one day) to get an insight into some of the intricacies of the interview situation.

Very well written, light hearted yet serious and to the point. I highly recommend this book for people new to interviewing.
