I found this defrost spray to be totally useless on my mother's freezer, which had a lot of thick frost. It probably works on very thin layers but does nothing on a thick layer. I found using a hairdryer worked much better !

Item arrived in a cheap plain white bottle, no trigger spray, nothing like the one in the picture online. After being reassured it is the same product, just packaged differently, I used it today on my freezer. It did absolutely nothing, was totally useless, ended up using a hairdryer. Complete waste of time and money.

Easy to follow instructions. Did what it said it would - I needed to spray twice as the ice build up in my fridge was thick. Unfortunately the ice came back within a day (there is something wrong with my fridge!) so can someone invent a product the stops the ice forming in the first place?
