There's a lot of information in this book, and it is useful, but there's too much and the title is missleading. It feels like the author had the book written and then came up with a catchy title and fit the info around this. The book could be a lot more concise and in a much better working order. She gives the framework for a marketing plan but then doesn't really tell you how to go about actually writing the plan. Basically if she'd just not bothered to try fit into the title it would be worth while but there's a lot of fluff.

Over the years I've read many business and marketing "self-help" books, and rarely got past the first chapter. This book is different.I love the way that it's split into small chunks, so that it can be used as a reference manual. It's perfect to pick up and read about a specific activity before embarking on it, just to do a sanity-check on what you're about to spend time and money on. It's also really well-written. By that I mean "in plain English" that a non-marketeer can understand. A great business asset.
