Format: Paperback
I would highly reccomend this book to anyone with sleep problems. I found very helpful, yet simple methods which helped me relax and enjoy better sleep after a few days of reading the book. It is written in a very easy to follow style with down to earth advice. There are plenty of contacts of organisations that can help listed. It addresses various conditions which can lead to insomnia and how to get help.
