Many travel maps of the US and elsewhere are pretty poor, especially when compared to OS maps of the UK. This, however, is a real exception. A huge, two sided map with a scale of 1"=13 miles, it's graphics are remarkably clear and easy to follow.It is much more than just a road map, giving an impressive range of detail for all of California and most of Nevada. Even if you navigate by Sat Nav,this is an indispensable guide to the countryside, features of interest and the terrain you are driving through in the Golden State.

WOW!! An absolutely fantastic map. Totally HUGE and gives so much detail. Has been invaluble for planning our tour of California in the summer. Can't reccommend it highly enough - just make sure you have a BIG table to open it out onto!

An excellent map, covers the state and the edges of neighbouring states very well. It's true that it's huge, but it is well designed so you can see a lot of area without fully opening it up, also has a smaller regional map and city maps of LA and San Francisco and includes a small street and places of interest index.
