I bought Shaun T's Insanity mainly as I didn't have time to go to the gym, and, as it requires no equipment, provided a no hassle workout. I paid just over £60 for this and I have to say, it is well worth the price tag, especially if you consider a gym membership will set you back £30 a month.
The layout itself is great, 16 DVDs worth of intense cardio regimes that WILL challenge you, regardless of level. Even as you imrpove, the concept lies around the principle that you must increase your intensity, an idea that you can't help but follow as you begin to see results. Honestly, try the regime, and after 3 days, I promise you will see results. I've done workouts with my brother, friends, and girlfriend and each have shared the positive reviews with me.
I've been heavily into exercise for the past 5 years, and consider myself fit, but regardless of that fact, this program pushes me to my limits, and I feel fitter, more agile and more energised than ever. Shaun T's exercises are inventive and fun, as well as challenging, and the manner of each workout forces you to push through your pain to help you get results.
Present is also a very informative food diary/nutrition plan, however I was unable to keep up with the demands due to long working hours. I would recommend that those who are interested in this DVD focus on the content of the workouts, and if, like me, you are unable to follow the food, just be sensible (don't eat lots of crisps and try to at least eat some of the foods suggested, just not at the frequency suggested). Even without the nutrition plan I got great results in the first 3 days, and after the first month I had seen my body fat percentage drop from 11% to 7%, a huge drop that really shows across my torso and abs, stripping away the fat that previously covered my 6 pack.
Everyone has a 6 pack, the difficulty is in unleashing it by breaking through the fat on top, and as you unfortunately cannot isolate fat loss, this DVD shocks your body into all round fat loss that will leave you ecstatic, trust me.
In terms of ease, this beats P90x by a long shot, the fact no equipment is required is just a bonus.
This is well worth the price tag, and you will be glad you bought it after you've done your first DVD!
WARNING
As with everything, it does require willpower, and the DVDs won't do the work for you, you actually must participate and push yourself.
