Bought these for the Grim Challenge Beast in the East, great choice. Very light, extremely comfortable and built with quality in mind. As a starter trainer in off road running I found this to be a good choice compared with others on the Market, Inov8 really converted me to their branding, the whole website and ethos guides you through the correct shoe purchase, sizing and fit as there is a wealth of shoes to select. Just wore these for the tough mudder and I didn't slip on any of the muddy jumps once! No face planting the dirt due to slippy grip no no. I has confidence landing on any surface knowing I wasn't going to fail. And with the laces done up really tight they stayed on my feet and not in the bottom of the swamps. Washed up really well so plenty more muddy running for them;-)
