This is a wonderful book to dip into when should you be feeling a little bit low read the whole book. It is a totally uplifting, optimistical and inspirational book. Begin the day with any one of the meditations and your day will deinately have an optimistical outlook. As usual metaphysical expert Louise Hay has not failed in her quest to deliver another easy to absorb book. Even though this is a hardback it is small enough to fit into a handbag or brief case. The cover design is delightful and pleasing on the eye.

This is a lovely book and Louise Hay is one of my favourite authors, she is amazing, nice to carry around with you when you need more positiveness or inspiration in your life, she is the affirmation queen.
