This book will show you how to get in touch with your inner guide (or "spirit guide" as some people term it). It's as simple as daydreaming, but rather more useful. With the guide you can work on the blocks inside you that result in mental, emotional and physical problems. Children take to it very easily, of course... but some adults have more reserve. It is clearly written and based on the author's own experiences. Although there's quite a bit about relating it to Tarot and astrology, this isn't necessary to understand or follow. I would call this book life-changing, if it is put into practice. I know quite a few people who have tried it out - and it has worked for them. Go for it.

This book is a highly interesting and informative text by which you can reach inner realms of your spiritual self. I personally found it a good friend if you like to speed your growth of your evolutionary pathway. I enjoyed it tremendously and if you are seriously wanting a helpful guide in your life this has to be the book for you. What more can i say? other than buy this book it will HELP you to understand yourself more fully than ever before. (this was written by my friend matt who i ordered it for)

Anyone who is practicing meditation,yoga,magick or any other spiritual discipline should read this book. Occult texts are full of warnings of what could happen with unguided practices. Usually, one had to seek a teacher who could guide one through the dangers of occult excercises. However, according to the author, our best teachers are our own inner guides. He shows how to contact ones inner guide through visualization and gives advice on all aspects of working with inner guides. This book is not about channeling, but the only book I ever found on hermetism. Hermetism is the practice of magick using imagination alone without the need of drawing circles on the ground to control spiritual forces that are summoned forth. The author provides an invaluable service to all students of spirituality by writing this book. He proves that students here in the west, have a rich tradition they can use without having to travel to the east in search of a guru. You can be your own teacher and this book shows how to do it.
