After reading another user review on this product I thought I would take a gamble and try the paper out.

Unfortunately, after printing a photo out on Epson premium glossy paper and the same photo with the same settings on this paper; it's blindingly clear which the better of the two is.

For the money you get a fair amount of paper which isn't too bad overall, it lacks depth of colour especially around colour variation and black or dark areas of the photo.

I also had issues where my printer ( an Epson PX710W ) could not feed the paper correctly and took 3 tries before it could feed it in. This happened every time I printed which was very annoying.

Overall if you want a lot of photo paper for a small amount of money and aren't a philistine when it comes to photo quality this is probably a good choice. If you care a lot about quality and don't mind spending more, there are a lot of better choices out there.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality photo paper 21 April 2010
When you consider the cost of PPD photo paper compared to "branded" photo paper, you would initially have to be sceptical about the quality of the product. I mean at roughly one third of the cost you wouldnt expect too much right?

Dont be fooled, this paper is fantasic premium quality photo paper. I purchased both 10cm x 15cm and A4 sizes and couldn't be happier.

Heavier duty than actual photo paper, and if you have a decent quality printer, then I would challenge anybody to tell the difference between a photo lab digital print and an inkjet print printed on this paper.

The results are simply fantastic, high gloss, high definition, super quality print that was instantly dry to the touch.

The paper arrived within 24 hours direct from the manufacturer, and from now on, I will never buy branded paper at 3 times the price again.

Simply a superb product from PPD, that I would recommend to anyone.

1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap paper = poor results. 25 Jun 2011
This paper is poor quality. The base paper is of low quality and the sheets are thin for a 200g photo paper. The gloss coating gives the colour quality of prints a quite washed out look and photos need some adjustment with photo editing software to make the colours more vibrant, before printing, to get a decent copy. I would advise paying a little extra for better quality paper.
