Hot Yoga Towel Deluxe
I bought this as I wanted a light weight towel for Bikram yoga that would absorb the sweat and not move around. I had been using a cheap holiday beach towel which mostly covered my mat but was too thin - it moved around a lot and was a sodden mass by the end of class.
This one stays put - it's long enough to tuck the ends under the mat for additional security, packs up sufficiently small that I only need to take a small bag with me and it's soft and seems to have an inexhaustible ability to absorb sweat - and I drip from the end of the first breathing sequence. It's also about half the price of other towels. It washes and tumble dries well - don't use fabric conditioner - it affects its absorbancy. I got the dark blue one which doesn't show the wet and looks very smart. No brainer really. Highly recommended.

I love this towel!!! It absorbs all my sweat during yoga class and, even when wet, keeps its grip so I can hold my triangle pose/open leg stretching without slipping at all. Great difference versus the towels I used before. Good price as well. The only thing I would like to see more is more colors available.
To give some context, I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for 5 years and always struggled to find a towel that could absorb all my sweat during class (I sweat like there is no tomorrow). So I normally ended all my classes with an embarrassing puddle around my mat and slipping in some of the open-leg poses in the series (for some classes, I used to bring a couple extra towels to change them during class)

My favorite towel for Bikram Yoga. It's lightwight, soft and absorbs sweat. I suggest washing it at lower temperature (30 degrees) if you want to preserve color. Read more
