so far from the glory days...,
This review is from: Sega Rally Championship (Video Game)
you know when you're a kid and you spend your xmas money on something, then it turns out to be rubbish, but you don't wanna admit it to yourself because you just spent your money on it? well i'm a student now and have more money than ever cos of student loan etc so i can admit it, and well, i bought this game, and its rank. and i only paid £6.graphically, this game is so bad. i mean, i can kinda understand why some may say it looks good, its just, well, clever. its basically loads of really quick (and bad) 2D images flashing past the screen quickly, to give an illusion of 3D, and it works badly. the graphics of the actual car look great, but it just sits glued to the middle bottom of the screen, pivoting while the horrible scenery trys to adjust. if a car overtakes you, then goes round a corner that maybe be solid, say, a mountain side for example, you can still see the car, through the mountain, as if its floating or something. it truely is horrible to watch. i bough this hoping to be reminded a bit of the days when sega made great console that, unfortunately, nobody bought. having sega rally 1 and 2 on the saturn and dreamcast, i thought its only polite i got this one, but its bad. the moeny/credits thing is a nice new feature, every time u race u get credits to spend on new courses, cars, cup entries, and even old skool full screen '95 posters of the game. the sound is good, but it looks terrible. dont kid yourself thinking that you GBA can do 3D, its cleary not 32-Bit as they say, cos the saturn version was quality. mario kart looks much better. spend your money on zelda, the nes classic or mario bros 1 and 3

The best racing game you'll ever play!,

This review is from: Sega Rally Championship (Video Game)
Perfection would be an understatement if you were describing this game, how this game can be beat I do not know, the reality of it all makes you feel as if you are in that rally car and the enjoyment is obvious as it is made by sega and it doesn't dissapoint, not at alll. The graphics on the Game Boy advance make the Game just that much better and with amazons superb price this is a gamers paradise. Te main problem is that you may realise that you have no girlfriend, friends or family after you open up this game, its really that addictive! The arcade mode is the most enjoyable mode that I've ever played, and i've played a lot of driving games! And when you link up and are playing with someone else the fun just gets increased, yes this is entertainment at its very best, so how do sega make this game so realistic and so fun, well I don't know but I'm glad they do! So buy this game now, you'd be a fool not to. And I really mean that. With amazons unbeatable price buy it now and you'll never regret it, ever.
