I bought this inflatable portable (luxury ?) travel cushion to try and give relief to a 12 hour flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. IT WORKED!!! Great buy, my wife who followed on did not use it on the outward journey but certainly did on the return and was amazed at the relief enabling sleep to occur. Suggest only half inflation but that,s my choice to get maximum comfort. Well worth the money and the looks from my fellow passengers who asked where to get them from showed their discomfort at my comfort. Will get more to give away to associates who travel on business to Malaysia and the Far East. They should sell these at airports.

I used his blow-up cushion on a 3 hour flight and it was so comfortable as long as you don't blow it up too hard. I have curvature of the spine where I broke my 11th thoracic vertebrae and also have scoliosis in my lower spine. I need something soft to lean against and this cushion did the trick!! I ordered 5 altogether as we were travelling as a group. The others used them as head pillows and they also found them useful as their heads didn't roll. Could be a tad bigger which is why I have given 4 stars.

Very comfortable if not inflated too much, used it for 9 hr flight, so much better than hard aircraft seats.
