This is a beautiful book. Anyone who is a mother, a daughter, daughter-in-law, or a friend should read it and take heart, knowing that those who leave us remain with us forever in our memories, hearts, and daily lives. I like how both authors, Janice and Debbie, are so humble and down-to-earth as they begin their book journey. Then, as they engage the reader in their story, they become more bold in their words, and the words of Janice's daughter, Lauren, speaking from beyond. You just know that the writings are true. I've always liked to thing that my own mother visits me sometimes as a butterfly. (Did I really write that?... That's not me, but it's true). My sisters and I say, "Hi, Nanny!" whenever one passes our way, often when we need it most. This book is the type of book you can't put down, but then when you finish it, you know you will want to re-read so many pages. I finished it last night, and have already gone back to it several times today. I recently saw this saying, "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal". Thank you, Janice, for sharing your difficult journey in this book.
