The Infantino Barn Shape Sorter is a fun farmyard version of a classic toy. Sturdy and colourful, the Barn Shape Sorter has an opening barn door to retrieve the shapes and features a clock on one side, spinning birds and pictures on the other side and a roof top carry handle. The four letter shapes (A, B, C, D) are colour coded with the corresponding holes in the roof, while the four farmyard animals (sheep, chicken, cow, pig) have shaped and colour coded bases to sit into the shaped spaces in front of the barn. For colour and shape matching, hand-eye coordination and motor skills, it's hard to beat this simple but fun toy.

This toy has exceeded all expectations. It's always the first thing my grandson gets out of the toy box. At 12 months he is too young to post the shapes yet (though he has a good try!) but he loves shaking them out of the door so I can post them again. He tries to put the animals in their slots too and has learned to recognise their names. My only criticism would be that the door is rather stiff to open and the lad can't manage it by himself yet. This was money very well spent!

This product is just as I expected it to be. It keeps my boy entertained for a very long time. He couldn't work out yet how to put the right shape through the right hole but is trying hard to imitate me! The farm animals are super cute and my boy is mad about the little chicken - he doesn't let it go from his hand. Great product - don't hesitate to buy.

My one year old loved it so much we carried it all the way to france on Eurostar and back and it still gets a squeal of delight when it comes out for play time!
