What a great pan, well we just had a new kitchen installed complete with an I-hob only to find half our old pans don't work on it! so I bought this and an induction Wok from the amazon and they are both really good, it looks thick and heavy but it's obviously some sort alloy so it's quite light weight for the size, it's not quite as quick to respond as our old gas rings but not far off, a much better experience than I had expected.

First week of use, the handle of this pan snapped clean off without warning sending very hot chicken tikka marsala everywhere causing minor burns to face and ruined sweater.
The handle simply "unstuck" from the pan as it was being lifted off the hob - wouldn't cook with these pans without protective clothing!
Am awaiting refund and conciliatory gesture from Amazon.

Super pan works really well on induction I bought the smaller pan and Wok and I am amazed at the quality for such a reasonable price.

Have induction hob & this works well on it. The pan is lightweight but efficient unlike previous pans I have had for induction cooking

Just what it says on the label!
Great frying pan and so glad to have finally found one that works on my induction hob - I don't know how I managed without one for 2 years, I use it all the time!
