I bought the casserole to take to Crete so it needed to be lightweight. I was surprised at how light it was, plus it is excellent both on my ceramic (not by any means top of the range) hob and for oven use. This included roasting potatoes at 220 degrees. The pan is also non stick and easy for my husband to wash !!!! I would reccommend it over some of the designer and therefore more expensive anodised casseroles and will look for more pans in the range.Induction Hob 4.5 Litre, 24cm Non Stick Casserole Pan / Stock Pot in High Gloss Black with Stainless Steel Lid and Handles.

A Great Pan at a Little Cost,

I needed a new casserole pan, one that I could also use on my induction hob as well as in the oven and this pan suited all my requirements. I ordered the pan on Friday and it arrived the very next day. Not only is it non stick it is also light in weight and as I have arthritis in both my arms it suits my needs most admirably. I whole heartedly recommend the pan and the company that sold it.

Great pan for the hob and the oven. I was wanting a pan which i could use both on my induction hob and also for use in the oven. I love to do really chunky thick omelettes which can be finished under the grill and this is perfect as my grill only works with the oven door closed, so conventional frying pans are no good as they have long handles. This is perfect for this and is also a great size for casseroles and soups etc and is lightweight too which is fab. Overall its a perfect pan to own for lots of great cooking.
