5.0 out of 5 stars Best Spice book on the market! 19 Jan 2012
By LA Girl
Format:Kindle Edition
As a huge fan and lover of Indian Superfood, the authors first book, this companion book is taking spices to a new level. Bain has done it again. This is a must have for anyone wanting to use the natural alternative to medicines on the market these days.

I have suffered from stomach cramps all my life and with his recipe for fennel seeds made into a tea, they went away and I didn't have to leave the house or take anything chemical.

The book is so nicely illustrated and so simple to understand, it should be in every kitchen even if you've never cooked or used spices. It will open up a whole new world for you!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING 1 Sep 2012
By Yule
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Not only are these recipes delicious, but they also serve a purpose. This book is full of recipes to help with everything from hayfever, to the flu, to headaches. Really amaznig job. My only wish is that the book was made in colour and had some more pictures! For those of us unfamiliar with Indian spices, it can be quite annoying having to go the shop and ask for Nigella seeds, when the sellers refer to it by a completely different name.
