Format:VHS Tape
Simply excellent video. Was attending an Indian Head Massage course and wasn't very confident that I was getting the moves correct (tutor didn't like going over things!). I actually borrowed an I H M video from college library and it was rubbish. I've been delighted with this video. It shows a complete treatment - from beginning to end, and each 'move' or technique is really clearly described. Excellent.

I bought this dvd because I am studying to be an Indian Head Massage therapist. The dvd is excellent and shows all the massage strokes clearly and explains them fully. It is so relaxing to watch that I found myself falling asleep! An excellent dvd for teaching this subject and for showing how to do the massage effectively. I will be watching it over & over again.A beautifully put together film in a calming setting.

I was disappointed with this DVD. It does show moves clearly and go through most of the routine however it does not go beyond this and is at a very, very basic level. If you are already enrolled on a massage course I would not recommend this DVD (unless your teacher isn't actually teaching you!). It may be suitable for people just doing it for fun at home.
