My yoga teacher recommended this dvd to me when I was struggling to make her classes. I have been using it, among others, for the last 2 years. It is by far my favourite! For me, It covers all the basic yoga moves, showing room for improvement, in an extremely unpretentious manner. Yoga is NOT about breaking a sweat, if that's what you want - go to a gym class. If you want YOGA - I'd definitely recommend this.
P.S. My friend did this at the weekend with me, she is a complete beginner, and managed very well ... knowing only to do as much as she could at each move ... and had faith that she would see improvement.
