Could not wait for this new album to arrive. Pantokrator is a very underrated band, I really think they deserve more recognition. Anyway his third offering from Pantokrator is really very very good. To me they have not really changed much from the normal sound, and I was not very surprised with what I heard from this new offering. If you enjoyed the previous albums, then you will definitely love this album. Awesome riffs, awesome melodies and melodic parts, heavy death vocals, and thoughtful lyrics.

Black/Death metal at its finest- Excellent. 7 Feb. 2014
By SAMHAIN8686 - Published on Amazon.com
Pantokrator isn't as much Black metal as they are a grinding, doomy death metal band. But their new album most definitely has black metal tone. I have eagerly awaited this album because I very much Loved their last album AURUM. But, this record IS NOT Aurum part II, if that's what your looking for. This is a much more laid back and less busy album that focuses more on melody and message. Some of these guitar riffs are among the most sinister and warped Ive ever heard- excellent if your a "riff junkie"- which I am. Don't look for that Black metal type speed- it isn't here. This album kinda grooves along at a steady pace and is almost bluesy at times; warm and inviting tone that is thick & brutal, but also relaxing. The other thing about this recording I like is that each song gets better as it plays along- it kinda evolves as it plays; very cool. There isn't a weak track on this album, but if there is, its most definitely the 1st track... I recommend this to any true extreme metal fan. Excellent music-top to bottom, and if your a "man of the faith"- you will very much enjoy the lyric content which explores the fall of Lucifer and the wars in the heavenly realms...The last thing I want to say about this (CD, Album, whatever) is the more I listen to it, the more I get the feeling, im rising. Seriously, it kinda lifts you as you go along, as if its taking you up somewhere. Sound weird? Check it out for yourself- I bet you'll agree! G86
Pantokrator is back!! 1 Feb. 2014

A cross between older Pantokrator and Aurum era Pantokrator, with lots of Heaviness and Melody.. Everything about this disc screams Heavy! with tons of riffage and aggressive vocals, and a message of hope.. it doesn't get any better, go buy it! you wont regret it!
