This new offering from Mark Owen is awesome, i love it, the man has a unique talent for making original music, i love every track on the cd from the quirky four minute warning to the soulful baby im no good, they are all classics. Looking at the charts it seems this cd didn't even make the top 40, which is a shame as he will probably be dropped from his record label again, if he were a bit more commercial this album would sell by the bucketload,as it is a great talent will be confined to the bargain bins. Listen to this album and forget any preconceptions you have, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Already heard this on the smashhits site and I can't wait to buy it next week! There are some great future singles on here Kill With Your Smile and Close To The Edge, another personal favourite is Baby I'm No Good (sob!). I've seen Mark live twice this year and he's not lost how to captivate the audience. Welcome back Mark,you've been missed.

I was 32 when Mark's first album was released (so more a follower of U2 than Take That)and remember thinking at the time "What a shame he hasn't got what it takes be a solo artist - he seems such a nice lad" HOW WRONG I WAS!!!! "In Your Own Time" is an album of songs I can't stop singing. I love it, the kids love it and even the hubbie is coming round to it. These are intelligent songs written and sung with feeling. There are a lot of potential singles and I hope the fickle pop market does not leave this talented man floundering again. Buy it and see for yourself!

Mark Owen's second solo album. Vast improvement from the previous "Green Man". A lot more confidence in his vocal performance. But only contains a few catchy songs.

mark owen has great vocals and is a great song writer. im not sure if he wrote this album himself, but its a fantastic album anyway.
